ENROLLMENT
2008-2009
Concord Road Preschool is now enrolling students for the 2008-2009 school year. Children are eligible for these classes if they will be three or four by September 30, 2008, and if they are potty trained. To assure your child a place in our school for the fall, please fill out the application form and return it and your registration fee to the school as soon as possible. We will ONLY reserve places for children whose registration fee is paid when their application is returned. This fee is refundable until May 1, 2008. The registration fee covers consumable supplies such as paint, glue, craft items, napkins, refreshments, etc. that the student will use during the year.
The REGISTRATION FEES are as follows:
2 Day 3 Year Olds (T,TH) $ 100.00
3 Day 3 Year Olds (M,W,F) 110.00
3 Day 4 Year Olds (M,W,F) 125.00
5 Day 4 Year Olds (M-F) 140.00*
A Weekly Reader fee of approximately $6.50 will be due and payable on registration day. Please do not include this fee in your payment when paying the registration fee as the exact amount has not yet been set by Weekly Reader.
The TUITION for the 2008-2009 school year will be:
2 Day Classes $ 165.00 per month
3 Day Classes 185.00 per month
5 Day Classes 220.00 per month
Monthly tuition is for morning classes. Hours are 8:45 till 12:00 noon. Optional extended day will be offered every day from 12:00 noon till 2:30. Cost for extended day is $ 8.00 per day, and the child brings his/her own lunch and drink.
If you want to reserve a place in our school for next year, please pay your registration fee and mark on your application the class for which you are registering. Thus, your child will be assured a place in our school for next year in one of the classes listed above. We will contact you ONLY if the class is filled for which you register and we will return your money. Otherwise, your canceled check will serve as your receipt unless you specifically request a receipt and as your assurance that your child has a place in our school for 2008-2009. Parents of children registered in our school will receive a mail out in early August, 2008, with information about the 2008-2009 school term.

*This class is for any child who has a birthday by September 30, 2007. However, it is an excellent class for children who are not ready for kindergarten but are ready for more instruction than is possible in a three-day class.
SUMMER PROGRAM AT CONCORD ROAD PRESCHOOL
JUNE AND JULY, 2008
Concord Road Preschool is happy to announce the 2008 summer program. This program will be offered for 8 weeks.
MONTHS: June and July (June 5 through July 26)
DAYS: Tuesdays and Thursdays
HOURS: 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM
AGES: 3 years through 6 years---This includes children who will be three by September 30, 2008, and are potty trained, children who have completed kindergarten, and all others between.
SUPPLIES: Change of clothing, box of tissues, box of crayons.
LUNCH: Children bring their lunch and drink each day.
PROGRAM: Daily Bible story, arts, crafts, stories, songs, finger plays, games, indoor play, riding toys, puppets, motor games, puzzles, pegs, creative building toys, outdoor play on playground, cooking, supervised outdoor summer fun.
ENROLLMENT: Students must enroll for the entire eight-week program; students may enroll for one or both days each week.
RATIO: One teacher for every twelve students.
TUITION: $30.00 per day (due at beginning of the summer session) will be charged whether students attend or not as in the case of illness or travel.
STAFF: Regular and substitute teachers from our staff.
REGISTRATION
FEE: $30.00 per child.
REGISTRATION: Complete attached form and return it to school with the $30.00 registration fee. If you do now have a current application form, health form, health history, and policy statement on file, you will not have to complete any other forms. If not, you must complete these forms. They are available in the preschool office.
CARPOOLS: Carpools may be formed among parents and MUST be registered with the school. IF YOU HAVE CURRENT FORMS IN OUR FILES AND WISH TO FORM NEW CARPOOLS FOR THE SUMMER, YOU MUST SEND A NOTE OR COME BY THE OFFICE AND ADD THE NAMES OF ADDITIONAL PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD.
We are excited about the summer program and are delighted to offer this service to you. We look forward to having many of our present students with us this summer. Your friends and neighbors are welcome to join our summer program also. Anyone enrolling for the summer program will receive additional information in May, 2008.
